We ship products to worldwide! Just follow easy steps as below. For regular customers, we would suggest you to register user before shopping to save your time on the next order.
1. Select product you would like to buy and click “Add to Cart” button. You can adjust the quantity as needed.
2. During shopping, you can view the cart by clicking “View Cart” button on the top-right of page. Also, you can adjust (add / edit / delete) item as needed.
3. After shopping finished, click “Check Out” button and input Billing Address and Shipping Address (Items will be shipped according to Shipping Address). Then click “Place Order” button and do check out via PayPal. If you would like to change the shipping name & address, please leave a note to us when checking out.
4. After payment completed, items will be shipped to you very soon (handling time within 1-2 business days). For shipping & delivery to each countries, please see estimated delivery time table below.
5. After the shipment, item tracking number will be sent to your email.
We currently accept payment via Stripe. Your order information will securely transfer to us and your order request will be processed normally within 1-3 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship items to worldwide. The default shipping will be standard shipping via airmail and have tracking number unless customers request for express delivery which the shipping charge would be higher than regular depended on actual weight and destination country. Note: Our item price and shipping charges do not cover import duties/tariffs/brokerage fees/taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. So please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
- No return or exchange accepted except for wrong item shipping or damaged items. Buyers have to contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival (see below policy on how to make claim for compensation)
- If the goods return to us with any reasons and buyer would like item to be resent, buyer are responsible to additional shipping charge.
- In case your item never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from delivery date of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
- Buyers have to contact or report us before return any items. Returned items or refused items without contact us is not accepted and we’ll not refund in this case.
How to make a claim for a compensation
If your item arrive in damaged condition, please take some photo of the problem item parts, inside and outer package and report any damages or losses and your order number to us via email with attachment within 7 days from the date of arrival.
